How do I book my cleaning Service?
If your home has received professional cleaning in the past 3 months, please opt for the "Domestic Regular Clean."
If your home hasn't undergone professional cleaning recently, we recommend selecting the "Deep Clean" option. This ensures your home is brought up to a high standard before starting regular domestic cleaning.
For those who are moving in or moving out, we recommend choosing the "Moving In and Out Package." This comprehensive service not only guarantees an exceptionally clean property but also provides peace of mind by helping secure your deposit with the landlord.
What is included in a regular cleaning?

Detailed Dusting: Dusting of all surfaces, including baseboards, crown moulding, ceiling corners, and light fixtures.
Cabinet Cleaning: Cleaning the exterior and interior of kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
Bathroom Sanitization: Deep cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and tiles.
Window and Blind Cleaning: Wiping down and cleaning windows, sills, and blinds.
Floor Cleaning: Thorough cleaning and mopping of all types of flooring.
Furniture Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down furniture, including under cushions.
Wall Washing: Spot-cleaning walls and removing marks or stains.
Ceiling Fan Cleaning: Cleaning dust and dirt from ceiling fans and light fixtures.
Vent Cleaning: Dusting and cleaning vents and air ducts.
Deep Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning and degreasing the stovetop, range hood, and kitchen countertops.
Baseboard Cleaning: Wiping down and cleaning baseboards throughout the home.

What is included in a move in and out cleaning?
When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. These extras include inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state, and ready for new homeowners. This comprehensive service not only guarantees an exceptionally clean property but also provides peace of mind by helping secure your deposit with the landlord .
Which service do you recommend for first-time clients?
A deep clean is recommended for all first-time cleaning by Presh Cleaning Services UK. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.WEEKLY, BI WEEKLY OR MONTHLY
What if my chosen service ins't completed in time?
To accommodate the extra cleaning required, an additional booking may be necessary. This is often due to the initial cleaning taking longer than expected due to the level of cleanliness required.
Go to booking page, click on additional hours then select how many hours the cleaner recommended to complete the service.
What happen when I Cancel my appointment and do I get Refunds ?
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund to the payment method on record. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time, a non-refundable full charge will apply.
Is there a rescheduling fee?
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.
Do you clean any outside surfaces of the home?
We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.
Will the same cleaner come every-time?
Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives and can get sick or request leave. If that occurs we’ll ask to either reschedule or send a different cleaner.
Can I leave a key?
Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.
Is tipping normal? If so, how much?
Yes, it is. However, there is no recommended percentage; you can give whatever amount you feel comfortable with. Your cleaner appreciates any tip you choose to provide. ALL TIPS GO DIRECTLY TO THE CLEANERS.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning after they leave?
If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
Is Presh Cleaning Services insured?
We are currently insured for general liability damage up to £2 million.
Does Presh Cleaning Services use toxic cleaners?
In certain situations, we may need to use stronger or 'harsher' chemicals to effectively tackle tough cleaning challenges. For example, when dealing with calcium buildup on a glass shower door, we may use CLR for a thorough cleaning.
